How to measure your wrist
- Wrap a soft tape measure — or a strip of paper — around your bare wrist, just below the wrist bone.
- Keep it snug against the skin, but not squeezing.
- Mark where it overlaps, then read the tape (or measure the paper strip with a ruler).
- That number is your wrist size. We automatically allow about 1–1.5 cm of comfort room when judging the fit.
